Επικοινωνιακή ικανότητα για γυναίκες πρόσφυγες στο κατάστημα: Βελτίωση των δεξιοτήτων επικοινωνίας στο εργατικό δυναμικό Αυτό το έργο στοχεύει στην αύξηση της επικοινωνιακής ικανότητας και της γλωσσικής κατανόησης των γυναικών προσφύγων και μεταναστών οι οποίοι, σύμφωνα με τον ΟΟΣΑ, βρίσκονται σε μειονεκτική θέση λόγω του (1) συγκριτικά χαμηλού επιπέδου διαμορφωτικής τους εκπαίδευσης, (2) του φύλου τους και (3) λόγο του «καθεστώς» τους ως πρόσφυγες στην τοπική κοινότητα στην οποία ζουν και τις επιχειρήσεις στις οποίες εργάζονται. Αυτό το ζήτημα αφορά όλες τις χώρες της Ευρώπης, είτε πρόκειται για μεταβατικά κράτη της ΕΕ, υποψήφια μέλη της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, χώρες Σένγκεν ή συμμαχικές χώρες Η έμφαση του έργου CoCoFe στις γυναίκες πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες στοχεύει να είναι συμπληρωματική με άλλα έργα στον τομέα της ένταξης των προσφύγων και των μεταναστών που έχουν ξεκινήσει από το Erasmus και / ή εξωτερικές οργανώσεις. Το έργο CoCoFe είναι μοναδικό στο ότι οι παραλήπτες θα είναι γυναίκες μετανάστες σε ηλικία εργασίας και γυναίκες μετανάστες που έχουν λίγα μεταβιβάσιμα προσόντα ή έχουν χαμηλή ειδίκευση – εντός του ευρωπαϊκού πλαισίου – που εργάζονται σε μικρές βιομηχανίες ή στον τομέα λιανικού εμπορίου όπου το μητρώο της γλώσσας σε μεγάλο βαθμό είναι διαφορετικό από αυτό που υπάρχει στον επαγγελματικό τομέα.

• establish a self-sustaining collaborative digital learning website for female refugees, forced migrants (FRFM) and their work colleagues employed in factories who will act as language mentors;
• develop a competency- and socio-cultural-based approach to language learning a language for the FRFMs and their co-worker mentors;
• familiarise refugees and migrants with the working practices and culture of their new country of residence;
• familiarise the FRFMs with informal register and the performative aspects of the local language focusing on aural and oral communication skills;
• Encourage the development of their digital skills;
• Encourage local employees and businesses who wish to improve their cultural awareness and help refugees integrate.

The issue of refugees and forced migrants is a global issue so by definition transnationality is implied. Only internationally can solutions be found for the settlement, integration and participation of refugees and forced migrants in civil society. Many of the problems these women have are common across the European continent.
